Definition of the Noble Qur’an, linguistically and idiomatically

The word Qur’an is derived from the verb read, meaning to read. i.e., plural and plural, and it includes saying: I read the thing; It is the Qur'an; That is, I drew it together, and collected some of it together, and the Arabs used to say: “I have never read this camel to amuse.” What they mean is that this camel never contained a fetus or a boy in its womb. on the Book of God - the Most High -; Because it combines the surahs, and includes some of them to the other, and God - the Most High - has made this clear in his book; He - the Almighty and Exalted - said: (It is incumbent upon us to combine it and recite it) [1] i.e. combine some of it with one another, and He - Glory be to Him the Most High - said in another verse: (So when you recite the Qur’an), i.e. if some of its verses are recited after others; So that its verses combine and combine with each other, which is similar to the meaning of inclusion and 
synthesis.

The book of God - the Most High - was called the Qur'an; Because it includes in its folds stories and news, promises and threats, commands and prohibitions, as it combines verses and surahs to each other, and Imam Al-Baqlani - may God Almighty have mercy on him - says: The Qur’an comes in the infinitive form, as in His saying - the Most High: On the form of the noun, as in His saying - the Most High: (And when you recite the Qur’an, We place between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter a hidden veil). -Exalted be He-, such as the Torah and the Injeel, and it was not taken from the verb which is spurned. I read, and Imam al-Qurtubi - may God Almighty have mercy on him - says: The Qur’an, the Torah, and the Bible are all derived from the correct words.

Defining the Qur'an idiomatically

The Noble Qur’an is the word of God Almighty, revealed to His Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, miraculous in its wording, worshiper with its recitation, beginning with Surat Al-Fatihah, ending with Surat An-Nas, written in the Qur’an, and transmitted to us with mutawatir;[10] to say that it is the word of God - Come here-; To distinguish it from the rest of the speech of created beings from humans, jinn, and angels, and to say that it is the house; A restriction that brings out the words that God - Blessed and Most High - singled out with His knowledge, or revealed it to His honorable angels to act upon it, and not to pass it on to anyone among mankind, and that is because God - the Most High - revealed some of His words to His creation, and retained some of the others, and no one knew about it, he says. God - the Most High: (Say: “If the sea were ink for the words of my Lord, the sea would have run out before the words of my Lord were exhausted.
And saying that it is a miracle was to indicate that it is the eternal miracle by which God - the Most High - gave victory to His Prophet Muhammad - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - and the miracle is defined as an extraordinary action, specific to the actions of God - the Most High - and that it was signed - the Almighty - at the hands of one of his prophets; To be a proof of the sincerity of his call and message. As for what is meant by saying: This is to show that the Noble Qur’an was transmitted to us through Gabriel - peace be upon him - then through the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - and then from the Companions - may God be pleased with them - until it was compiled at the time of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq - may God be pleased with him - by order of him. Then it was collected during the era of Othman bin Affan - may God be pleased with him - in one Mushaf, in one language and dialect. The Book of God - the Most High - has been transmitted by the Islamic nation with successive generations, and what is meant by frequent transmission;
